health benefit services. We have many years

employee assistance, behavioral health and
work/life services. We also have recent
experience with the most prominent providers
of on-site medical clinics and health coaching.
Based on our experience, we can develop
a bidder list that includes vendors that
have the capability of meeting your program
objectives. We can design RFI and RFP documents
that will enable you to identify the best
in class vendor that meets or exceeds your
service requirements. We will analyze results,
objectively score bids, based on your weighting
of program elements, and present you with
an executive summary that focuses on relative
scoring of key program elements. If you
want detail, all RFI or RFP responses are
included in a side-by-side spreadsheet as
an addendum.
For RFPs, we will identify finalists, help
to structure and score finalist presentations
and help you complete an objective process
for all aspects of vendor selection. We
will also, develop a site visit agenda and
make site visits as necessary to ensure
that program elements described in winning
bids are truly operational. We also help
with the management of program implementation
and negotiation of performance guarantees.
During the RFP process, we also identify
best practices pulled from all bids that
we then negotiate on your behalf, with the
vendor selected as the prospective winning
bidder.
In most cases, delivering direct savings
